Order and Refund Policy
This policy is enacted to prevent fraudulent orders.
Not all the services provided by ABM are listed on the website. The customers can call or email to receive a quote on any service they need.
ABM displays on this website service fees for some of the services for prientation purposes only. The exact price will be quoted
after a thorough analysis of the specifics and needs of each case.
All service fees do not include applicable taxes.
All fees (including all applicable taxes) are due with the order submission. An invoice will be issued based on the order specifics. The payment can be made by cheque (allow up to 5 days for processing), credit card (add 3% terminal fees; we do not accept Amex), email transfer or cash. A $50 charge will be apply for any NSF cheque or stopped payment.
All fees payable to ABM are non-refundable unless provided otherwise.
All fees and money payd by the customer to ABM are fully earned once the order is submitted. No refunds are possibel once the order is submitted.
If the customer decides to cancel the order, only the government filing fees that have not been paid to the government or its agents are refundable. Once the government fees have been paid, no refund is possible.
All approved refunds will be processed in the same manner the fees were initially received (to the same credit card or bank account or name). The cost of refunding the fees will be deducted from the total amount after all applicable taxes.
No refunds are available for preliminary name search reports, provincial name search reports or NUANS reports whatsoever.
All fees are subject to change without notice, unless an order is submitted.
The customer should make sure that the information provided is accurate, truthful and complete.
Should the customer fail to respond to any communications from ABM within 30 days, thereby onstructiong ABM from completing the service requested, ABM may terminate its relationship with the customer without notice.
